1. Introduction

These terms apply to all hires, sales, and services from The Sunbed Hire Company (Cambridge, UK). By using our services, you agree to these terms. We comply with UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK GDPR.

2. Eligibility

Users must be over 18. Hirer confirms receipt of safety instructions—no under-18s allowed on hired equipment.

3. Hire Terms

• Minimum hire: 2 weeks, extendable.

• Free delivery/collection within a 40-mile radius of Cambridge.

• Payment due on delivery; extensions prepaid.

• Late payment: £20/day fee.

• Hirer is liable for loss, damage, or theft at full retail value.

• Equipment must be used indoors, according to instructions.

4. Sales Terms

• New/ex-rental sunbeds with a 6-month warranty on ex-rental.

• Order payment; delivery is free within a radius.

• Returns per Consumer Contracts Regulations: 14-day cooling-off for distance sales.

• Faulty goods: Repair/replace/refund under Consumer Rights Act.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancel before delivery for a full refund.

• Post-delivery: Pro-rated refund minus fees.

• No refunds are available for creams/tubes once they have been opened.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, injury from misuse, or skin damage. Use at your own risk; follow safety guidelines—limit of liability: Hire fee or purchase price.
